Kookoo Restaurant Surbiton has been shortlisted for the best restaurant in South East England award at the ACF Federation awards. The national awards ceremony will be held on March 5th at the Hilton Hotel Manchester.
Having received over 100,000 public votes across the 13 categories, the shortlisted venues will now be inspected by the panel of judges, including Cobra Guide editor, Pat Chapman, who will assess each restaurant on the quality of the food and cooking as well as ambience, décor, customer service, community involvement and hygiene.
ACF Chairman Yawar Khan said: “The Asian and Middle Eastern food sector employs over 100,00 people and contributes more than £4.2 billion to the UK economy. These awards recognise the skills or effort of the industry’s best players.”
Good luck to all the restaurants in London nominated for awards!
